Newrange Gold has announced that it is merging with ASX-listed Mithril Resources Ltd. who owns the Copalquin Gold-Silver Project in Durango, Mexico via a Reverse Takeover (RTO).  As part of the RTO process, Newrange has updated the previous JORC-compliant resource for the property to bring it into compliance with NI 43-101.  The report can be found here: NI 43-101 Technical Report - Copalquin Property Mineral Resource Estimate
